Art with Seniors & Veterans classes were created to tap the potential of older adults and provide a creative outlet for personal expression. Post-completion, senior artists own their artwork. Many choose to wear, gift, or sell their work at community fairs and other outlets such as Etsy. Taught by local artist, and are typically hosted in assisted living communities, senior centers, community centers and art museums. Classes can also be opened up to family and friends of our Senior & Veterans students.<\/p>\n
Offerings include but are not limited to-
\n* Painting, Sculpture, Drawing, Mixed Medium, Collage, Photography, Art History & Art Appreciation
\n* Technology- How to- Smart Phone & Computer classes, Social Media classes (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.),
\n How to Set-up & Create a Website, Create a Blog, Online Store (Etsy, etc.).<\/p>\n
*Cost of Art Class includes all materials.
\n**Smart Phones, Computers and Camera’s are typically brought to class by the participant(s).<\/p>\n
